Productivity Strategy Lead

This role leads the productivity strategy agenda within the Business Unit, integrating planning with annual business cycles and setting targets linked to procurement and operations cost changes. The position involves managing cross-functional teams to deliver portfolio productivity projects and partnering with finance teams to maintain routine forecasting and reporting. It requires maintaining visibility of the productivity pipeline and co-leading the Annual Operating Plan cycle to support portfolio performance.
