Professional Engineer (PE) – Mechanical Engineering / Project Manager

Core Facility Services is seeking an experienced New York State Licensed Professional Engineer to lead mechanical engineering, building infrastructure, and capital improvement projects throughout New York City and Long Island. This role combines technical engineering expertise with project management responsibilities, including project planning, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and construction oversight. The successful candidate will oversee projects from initial assessment and feasibility through design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and final closeout.
