The Traffic Engineer will work within a multidisciplinary transportation team to support the planning and design of complex traffic and roadway infrastructure for DOTs, local agencies, and design-build contractors. The role focuses on applying engineering principles to improve urban mobility, safety, and efficiency through data-driven analysis and design. This position is based near the Bloomington, Minnesota office within a hybrid work model, in an employee-owned firm with comprehensive benefits. The engineer will contribute to both preliminary planning and final design documents as part of long-term transportation projects.
