Professional Intern

This role provides comprehensive support to Human Resources processes, including recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel administration, and document management. The position contributes to meeting organizational and operational objectives for construction, operation, and maintenance projects of transmission lines, stations, and substations. The intern assists in implementing training programs, managing personnel documentation, and supporting internal and external audits.
