Professional Learning Facilitator

Transfr is seeking a Professional Learning Facilitator to deliver high-impact, in-person professional learning experiences that build educator capacity and help customers maximize the value of their immersive career exploration solutions. This field-based role involves extensive travel across the U.S. to facilitate training sessions, tailor content for Career & Technical Education contexts, and serve as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams. The position requires a strong background in instructional technology and adult learning principles to drive customer adoption and ensure consistent, high-quality training outcomes.
