Professional Learning Instructional Specialist

The Professional Learning Instructional Specialist serves as a school-based instructional coach and equity advocate, embedded within a cross-functional team to support schools in achieving system-wide goals. This role focuses on enhancing instructional excellence through equity-driven practices, providing direct service, coaching, and professional development to educators. The specialist works on the ground in schools to facilitate collaborative planning, support high-performing PLCs, and guide the implementation of restorative practices to improve student outcomes and school climate.
