Professional Practice Leader (PPL)

The Professional Practice Leader (PPL) reports to the Northern Zone Director, Interprofessional Practice and Learning and is responsible for advancing quality person‑centred care through collaborative leadership, clinical practice improvement, and the development and implementation of inter‑professional practice standards. The role involves consulting across the organization, fostering a culture of learning, and traveling throughout the Northern Zone to support teams and stakeholders.
