About this role
The Professional Rehabilitation Aide (PRA) is a temporary training role for recent or soon-to-be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program, allowing them to work in an outpatient rehab setting while completing final exams and board preparation. The position starts as a 32-hour weekly role with clinic mentorship, orientation, and paid board prep time, and converts to a full-time Physical Therapist position (40 hours/week) upon successful licensure. The role is based across outpatient clinics in the greater Manchester area and supports transition to a staff PT role within the system.
