About this role

This role provides comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Darwin Cluster and the Dean of Students Office at the University of Chicago. The Program Administrator manages student reimbursements, travel bookings, purchases, awards processing, and admissions tracking while maintaining critical communication with various stakeholders. The position offers a dual reporting structure to the Darwin Cluster Director and the Dean of Students to facilitate cross-area operations.

Responsibilities

Process student reimbursements and payments for current students and recruits.
Book student travel and process pre-approved purchasing requests using Oracle.
Reconcile GEMS expenses and analyze program budgets to make recommendations.
Manage the full lifecycle of student awards from processing to distribution.
Oversee NDVS admissions and financial aid processing including application reviews.
