Program Analyst III

The Program Analyst III leads and executes comprehensive manpower studies and force management initiatives for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G-3 Force Management Branch. This role supports mission-critical analysis, documentation, and coordination of tasks to ensure operational effectiveness of Echelon Above Corps intelligence units. The analyst manages intra- and inter‑office task tracking, contractor performance, and prepares reports and briefings for senior leadership.
