About this role

The Program and Enablement Director, Global Treasury Operations at Manulife orchestrates the end-to-end design and governance of the global Treasury Operations program. This role defines the future-state operating model, leads change enablement strategies, and drives the adoption of technology-enabled solutions to increase Straight-Through Processing rates and operational efficiency. Reporting to senior leaders, the director partners with Global Treasury Operations and Group Finance Technology to deliver a standardized, digital, and optimized global process within a defined transformation horizon.

Responsibilities

Design and structure the Global Treasury Operations Program to deliver a future-state operating model
Lead the change and enablement strategy for global operational transformations
Own the executive narrative for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc program reporting
Organize and run Global Treasury Operations program governance forums and working groups
Translate global strategy into an executable program roadmap with measurable efficiency outcomes
