Program Assistant- Parent Engagement

Under the direction of the Area Director, this position manages projects and activities to implement an integrated parent engagement service delivery system for Head Start and Early Head Start programs. The role involves coordinating family engagement services, developing training for staff and parents, and collaborating with community agencies to enhance family participation. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring program data, supporting parent committees, and ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
