About this role
The Child Care Program Assistant supports PCG’s San Diego CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work and Refugee employment services operations by maintaining applicant and employer records and supporting case workflow. The role reports to the Child Care Supervisor and assists with data entry, county paperwork, and coordination across teams. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on enabling timely customer engagement and program administration.
