The Program Assistant supports the Niagara County Youth ACT Team by providing front desk reception, scheduling, phone outreach, and ongoing communication with youth and families, while maintaining accurate records in the electronic health record system. The role also includes clerical duties such as scanning, filing, organizing materials, and serving as a backup for various program-wide administrative tasks.
