Program Associate, Career Pathways

The Program Associate supports the day‑to‑day execution of Career Pathways initiatives across Canada and the U.S., coordinating workplans, timelines, partner engagements, and documentation. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the role works closely with Implementation Leads and matrixed teams to ensure effective implementation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of the programs.
