Program Associate, Diversion Programs

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Program Associate to support its Staten Island Justice Center's Diversion programming. This role involves conducting initial outreach and intakes, scheduling participants, managing case files, and coordinating with legal stakeholders to facilitate community-based sentencing alternatives. The associate will also assist in program development, data documentation, and connecting participants with necessary social services.
