Program Change Lead (Temporary Opportunity up to 10 months)

This role involves leading the people side of change for a large-scale, business-critical transformation program within Transport for NSW's Suburban and Intercity Services. The Program Change Lead will develop and deliver the program's change management strategy to ensure organizational readiness and successful adoption of new ways of working.
