Program Coordinator, Events

The Program Coordinator, Events supports Yale's fundraising efforts by assisting in the planning and execution of high-quality in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for alumni, parents, and friends. This role reports to the Senior Associate Director, Events, and provides logistical and administrative support to a team of event planners. The position involves managing invitation lists, coordinating communications, tracking RSVPs, and producing event materials and newsletters.
