The Program Coordinator (FT)- Cultural creates and manages the season schedule for Parker Arts, overseeing budget development, resource management, and artistic direction aligned with the Town’s mission. The role involves researching, selecting, and scheduling professional programs, managing partnerships, and coordinating production timelines. This position also supervises staff, manages hospitality requirements, and ensures the theater is appropriately scheduled and resourced for presented events.
