Program Coordinator III (S)

This position assists active and retired state and local government employees, beneficiaries, employers, and agencies with retirement and benefit inquiries. The role involves counseling and educating individuals on benefit programs administered by the Retirement Systems Division and explaining statute details and legislative interpretations. The position handles a variety of inquiries ranging from simple to very complex questions via phone and email.
