Program Coordinator – Learn & Earn Program

HANAC, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to oversee the Learn & Earn Program for high school juniors and seniors at risk of dropping out. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, providing case management and career coaching, and ensuring compliance with NYC Department of Youth and Community Development requirements. The coordinator will build partnerships with schools and employers while tracking participant progress to facilitate successful transitions to employment or post-secondary education.
