Program Coordinator, Surplus Warehouse Operations

The Program Coordinator supports the daily operations of the UW Surplus Property program, including receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, asset management, and sales. This role serves as a resource for internal departments and external customers by providing guidance on purchasing and disposal policies while ensuring accurate inventory management and safe warehouse operations. The position involves coordinating recycling and waste pickups, maintaining inventory records, and participating in online auction listings and retail sales of surplus property.
