Tilting Futures
The Program Coordinator for Take Action Lab: Environment & Sustainability will implement and support a 12-week student immersion program in Penang, creating a culturally immersive experiential learning experience and ensuring student wellbeing. The role coordinates onboarding, program logistics, local partnerships, and reporting while mentoring and facilitating youth learning. The position reports to the Take Action Lab Program Manager and is based in Penang, Malaysia.
Tilting Futures is a youth-focused organization that helps young people venture beyond narrow, scripted paths through immersive, real-world experiences and mentorship. It designs global programs and a network of partners that connect participants to hands-on learning, leadership development, and opportunities to affect change in their communities. By combining practical placements, coaching, and a lifelong peer network, Tilting Futures aims to accelerate personal growth and catalyze social impact.
