About this role

Program Coordinator – Trades Ready Training Fixed Term (until December 31, 2027), Full-Time | Hybrid – Edmonton

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day program operations, schedules, and logistics to support effective program delivery.
Support planning and implementation of workshops, orientations, training sessions, and program events.
Monitor participant recruitment, intake, onboarding, attendance, and overall engagement.
Serve as a primary point of contact for participants, providing ongoing support and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with Career Practitioners, facilitators, and Employment Placement Specialists to support participant progress and outcomes.

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.2–4 years of experience in program coordination, preferably within employment services, non-profit organizations, or community-based programs.Experience working with newcomers, immigrants, refugees, or diverse populations.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
