Goodwill Easterseals is a nonprofit social‑service organization that helps people with disabilities and other barriers gain skills and secure employment through job training, vocational rehabilitation, and employment placement services. It funds its programs in part through revenue from retail thrift stores and provides a range of community supports, including workforce development, early childhood and family services, and other supportive programs. The organization partners with employers, agencies, and government to create inclusive workplaces and career pathways. Donors, employers, and shoppers help advance its mission to build independence and stronger communities.
