Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will report to the Head of Program Implementation and work closely with national and regional leadership teams to define, coordinate, and implement initiatives that support programmatic activities and key organizational priorities. The role involves working with program data, analyzing information and implementation progress, and providing teams with accurate and timely insights to support evidence- and data-informed decision-making. The position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster an environment that promotes opportunities for both the organization and its staff.
