Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will play a central role in launching and operating the THRIVE Center, a new collaborative initiative designed to make support simpler, warmer, and more accessible for children, youth, and families. This role involves overseeing partner coordination, system development, outreach efforts, service integration, and continuous improvement activities while supervising the Family Resource Navigator. The position serves as a key relationship-builder to ensure families, partners, and stakeholders experience the Center as a welcoming, responsive, and trusted community resource.
