Program Coordinator

Urban Alliance Baltimore is seeking an experienced youth development professional to serve as a Program Coordinator supporting high school students participating in paid internship and apprenticeship pathways. The role involves delivering high-quality program implementation, managing a student caseload through structured coaching and case management, facilitating professional development workshops, and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, schools, and families. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned students and workplace mentors, reporting to the Program Manager.
