About this role

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to support the Material Cost Management organization in Palmdale, San Diego, or El Segundo, California. The role involves providing guidance on Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to Integrated Product Teams, preparing financial reports, and developing recovery plans for cost and schedule baselines. This on-site position requires an active Secret security clearance and focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting for major subcontracts and general procurement.

Responsibilities

Develop and review material Estimate at Completions (EACs)
Ensure alignment with purchase orders for major subcontracts
Assist Control Account Managers with EVMS activities and reporting
Support monthly cost and schedule reviews to identify recovery opportunities
Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and perform financial analyses

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related fieldActive Government Secret clearanceProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPointExperience with ERP systems such as SAP or CobraKnowledge of Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD)
