Program Counselor

The Program Counselor at the Division of Youth and Family Justice develops and implements cultural, educational, and recreational programming for youth in secure detention facilities. The role involves building relationships with youth to foster leadership and problem-solving skills, assessing program effectiveness, and managing vendor contracts and performance evaluations. This position also includes collaborating with external partners and training staff to deliver comprehensive services aimed at reducing violence and supporting healthy lifestyles.
