Program Counselor

The Program Counselor for the Liberty Partnerships Program supports student success in the Yonkers School District by providing academic counseling, mentoring, and social-emotional learning development. This role delivers non-clinical counseling support through individual and group sessions to help students build self-advocacy, organization, and goal-setting skills. The position also promotes college and career readiness while ensuring increased student engagement and progress toward academic and post-secondary goals.
