Program Development & Operations Intern (Boston)

NORY is seeking a motivated Program Development & Operations Intern to support its growing Boston after-school, School Break Day Camp, and summer camp programs. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup, providing mentorship from leadership and opportunities to make a real impact on educational experiences and business operations. The intern will collaborate with the Regional Director and broader leadership team to develop STEM projects, manage logistics, and enhance family communications.
