Program Director, Breakthrough NKU

The Program Director leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Breakthrough NKU's student and Teaching Fellow programming, ensuring high-quality, mission-aligned experiences. This role involves managing staff, establishing operational systems, using data to guide decisions, and aligning school-year and summer programming. The position requires a collaborative leader who builds trust with students and families, coaches staff, and strengthens curriculum and instructional practices.
