Program Director – Children’s Crisis Residences

The Program Director - Children’s Crisis Residences will establish and oversee YAI’s Children’s Crisis Residences under the NYS Office of Mental Health, supporting 24/7 residential services for children in behavioral health crisis. The role provides overall operational leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates partnerships with community providers and stakeholders. The director is accountable for program readiness, quality, and integration with agency systems.
