Program Director, Employee Relations

The Program Director, Employee Relations will lead the build and transformation of Masco's enterprise Employee Relations Center of Excellence, serving as a trusted advisor on complex employee matters and workforce challenges. This player/coach role involves personally leading high-risk investigations while establishing consistent processes, tools, and standards across the organization. The position requires balancing strategic capability building with hands-on execution to improve how employee issues are managed and resolved.
