Program Director- Membership

The Program Director- Membership supports the YMCA's mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This role involves developing, organizing, and implementing high-quality YMCA programs while directing and supervising program activities to meet community needs. The position also includes recruiting, training, and evaluating staff and volunteers, as well as managing program budgets and fostering community relationships.
