Program Director - Outdoor

The Program Director - Outdoor leads the planning, development, and evaluation of innovative outdoor programs and camps aligned with the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. This role serves as the council's subject matter expert in outdoor programming, ensuring safe, inclusive, and mission-driven experiences that strengthen member engagement and leadership development across the 41-county service area. The position involves collaborating with staff, volunteers, and community partners to expand access and participation while managing program safety, budgets, and strategic partnerships.
