Program Director

The role provides supervision, support, and guidance to all MPA staff, including emergency crisis intervention, clinical and administrative documentation oversight, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. It also involves supervising service delivery to clients and their families, managing the therapeutic milieu, and handling program budgeting, fundraising, and grant‑writing responsibilities.
