Program Director

The Program Director serves as the lead for all DHS Licensed Stepping Stones Program Sites, overseeing routine and moderate difficulty recreation programs under immediate supervision. This role involves supervising students in various group settings, assisting certified instructors, and facilitating behavioral interventions according to established philosophies and procedures. The position requires maintaining a positive and professional environment while ensuring student health and safety both inside and outside the school building.
