Program Director

The Program Director leads, manages, and implements all aspects of assigned programs to ensure excellence, safety, and alignment with The Child Center of NY’s mission. This role serves as the site’s Mental Health Lead, overseeing mental health supports, referrals, and crisis navigation in coordination with schools and external partners. The position involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with agency and contractual requirements.
