Program Director

The Program Director provides leadership and oversight of program operations, including planning, staffing, and service delivery at the Counseling Centers at Carbon Valley and Fort Lupton. This role leads program development, supports staff through supervision and professional development, ensures fiscal and grant accountability, and provides direct clinical services when needed. The position focuses on fostering a collaborative team culture, managing program finances, and building strong community partnerships to support whole-person wellness.
