Program Director

The Program Director oversees the delivery of all program areas within the Club, planning and managing program implementation while supervising staff. This role serves as a liaison between parents, schools, and community groups to ensure pro-social and youth development opportunities are available to all members. The position involves providing orientation, goal setting, and facilitating weekly staff meetings to support the organization's mission.
