Program Director

The Program Director provides leadership for the day-to-day operations, implementation, and quality of the Metro Youth branch programs, ensuring program safety, engagement, and meaningful experiences for youth and families. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating program logistics, and supporting community partnerships to expand program impact and connect youth to resources. The position works collaboratively with branch leadership, schools, and the YMCA to advance the organization's mission.
