Program Director

The Program Director develops, implements, and improves the RN-BSN program while supporting the Assistant Vice President of Health Professions in supervising faculty and coordinating course offerings. This role ensures program compliance with accreditation standards and regulations, fosters a high-performing work environment, and maintains expertise in nursing curriculum design and evaluation. The position also includes teaching responsibilities and active participation in college committees and community engagement.
