Program Director

The Program Director oversees and manages the Posse program for up to six university partners, including staff supervision and coordination of all site operations. This role involves developing scholarship nominating networks, managing recruitment and training programs, and maintaining strong relationships with university administrators. The position also focuses on monitoring student academic performance, retention, and graduation rates while ensuring trainer effectiveness through coaching and feedback.
