Program Director

Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health, this role manages the day-to-day operations of the Level 1 Outpatient Substance Abuse Program. The incumbent ensures clinical services and program compliance align with Alabama Department of Mental Health and Joint Commission guidelines. The position involves overseeing client intake, treatment planning, counseling, and staff training while maintaining program policies and procedures.
