Program Director

The Program Director provides overall leadership for Wayfinder's ATLAS program, an integrated children's specialty mental health services program under contract with Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services. The role is accountable for program performance, clinical quality, service outcomes, fiscal performance, and County contract compliance across multiple service components. This position ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while leading recruitment, budget development, and crisis response efforts.
