About this role

The Program and Enablement Director, Global Treasury Operations leads the end-to-end transformation of Global Treasury Operations at Manulife, designing a standardized, digital, and technology-enabled global operating model. The role involves orchestrating governance, driving change adoption, translating strategy into executive roadmaps, and ensuring measurable efficiency gains through improved Straight-Through Processing (STP). This hands-on senior individual contributor partner closely with Treasury, Finance Technology, and executive leadership to deliver sustained operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Design and structure the Global Treasury Operations Program roadmap
Organize and run global program governance forums and steering committees
Own executive reporting narratives and synthesize delivery status data
Lead change and enablement strategies for process and adoption sustainment
Develop program business cases and track benefits realization frameworks
