About this role

The Program Engagement Manager leads the delivery of hospital-based entertainment programs and family concierge services at the Queensland Children’s Hospital, overseeing a team of five and ensuring safe, inclusive, trauma-informed experiences for children, young people and families. The role involves managing program quality, stakeholder relationships, reporting and continuous improvement across a broad portfolio of services.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of hospital‑based entertainment and family concierge programs
Manage a team of staff and volunteers, including rostering and performance support
Oversee service quality, continuous improvement and program evaluation
Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital teams and external partners
Prepare and present program reports, budgets and outcome data
