Program Field Manager, Baltimore

The Field Manager serves as the primary point of contact for AmeriCorps Coaches and partner organizations in the Baltimore region, ensuring high-quality services and program compliance. This role involves managing onboarding processes, conducting site visits, facilitating coach trainings, and maintaining records within the organization's internal database. The position requires close collaboration with the Managing Director to meet programmatic and funding goals while supporting the transformation of vulnerable youth through sports.
